The Shaun Jai Project offers six major events every year. We would like to extend an invitation for you to partner with us as an vendor at one or more of our upcoming events. pleae complete and submit the form below to be considered.

All vendors will be issued a 6 foot table and 2 chairs. Table clothes will not be provided. Vending tables are $75.00 per event and must be paid in full to reserve your table. Refunds and/or exchanges are not permitted. We only accept one vendor per MLM/Direct Sales companies.

All vendors will receive one table and two chairs. Vendors must provide their own tablecloths. Venue walls may not be used to advertise your business via signs, banners, or displays. Each vendor is responsible for leaving a clean area at the closing of each event. Vendors are not permitted to share tables. Each business must purchase their own table. Vendors must be set up during the hour(s) that are allotted for set-ups. Vendors that arrive late will forfeit their table and registration fee. Vendors are responsible for any loss, damage, theft, and/or injury of personal and/or business property. Vendor agrees not to hold The Shaun Jai Project, its staff, or the venue and its staff liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury that may occur during set-up, the actual event, or during the breakdown times. Vendor will be held responsible for any damages that they may cause to the venue, both indoors and outdoors.
